Rachelle Tidwell is the Volunteer Operations Manager at HETRA. Her duties include volunteer recruitment and training, oversight of volunteer scheduling in support of all equine assisted activities and therapy services (EAAT), and coordinating volunteers and instructional staff. With over 20 years of volunteer experience in local and national community organizations, she believes in empowering volunteers through education and providing opportunities for them to apply their knowledge.
