About this Webinar:

Presented by Lucy Charvet, Development Specialist @ HETRA

Lucy graduated from Kansas State University in 2014 where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science & Industry as well as her Equine Certificate. She then went on to obtain her Master of Public Health from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with an emphasis in Environmental and Agricultural Health. While at UNMC, Lucy studied the concept of One Health which emphasizes the connection between human, animal, and environmental health and received the Outstanding Student in Public Health Practice award. Lucy is a former HETRA volunteer and worked in the field of Veterinary Medicine for several years before becoming a Development Specialist at HETRA with an emphasis in grant writing. She is currently training to become a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor.
